Our commercial agent will research listed properties as well as properties that might fit your targeted needs, but might not be on the market. Connections will be made, prospective locations will be gathered, and a date to visit each site will be scheduled.

After a potential site is selected, Leis Realty continues to work with our commercial clients until all of the paperwork has been completed. With commercial properties, sometimes that means an agent will meet with municipalities, city agencies, or attend zoning hearings. Other times, we’ll assist our clients in preparing presentations that lead a land deal to fruition.
