Purchasing a Property

Evaluation & Valuation
Leis Realty can evaluate your property in context with the market and help determine an appropriate rental rate and marketing approach.
Marketing the Rental Property
Leis Realty Property Management will make all of the interior and exterior preparations for renting the property. Your property will be marketed for rent using Leis Realty’s robust marketing resources.
Move-In Management
When viable applicants are identified, Leis Realty Property Management will perform background checks, select appropriate tenants, prepare leasing agreements, collect security deposits and schedule move-in day.
Day to Day Operations
Leis Realty Property Management Division will collect and forward monthly rents and be vigilant about recapturing late payments if needed. Throughout the rental period, periodic inspections will be performed on a predefined schedule looking for repair needs, safety hazards, code violations or lease violations.
Reporting
Leis Realty Property Management will send the owner periodic reports on the condition of the property, monthly financials and detailed documentation of income and expenses.
Tenant Move Out
Leis Realty Property Management will inspect each rental unit and fill out a report on the property’s condition when the tenant moves out. Security deposit returns or reserves are handled, clean up and repairs are completed and the unit begins the rental cycle again.
